yummy yummy fall

The weather in the Northeast today was gray, rainy, and windy. Did I also mention it was cold? There's only a week left of summer (may I ask where did it go?), but I'm ready & pumped for my senior year of high school! Besides college applications and the occasional boy drama, life could not get any better- well, it will when I get my license in three weeks!

In addition to my daily wardrobe of leotards, tights, and ballet slippers, I've got a serious shopping bug (thank you puppy and kid sitting jobs). Fall fashion is so... delicious. The colors, textures, fabrics, sillouettes- all the brandy new yummy goodies you've been craving since the spring collections came out. I'm a summer girl, but I would choose sleek, suede boots over a bikini any day. I'm still making my list of pieces I want for the new season, but I must share which look I want to be rocking until snow starts to fall.

My favorite look of this season is this- a mini dress, tall boots, with tights, leg warmers, or thigh highs underneath. I'm a dress girl and carrying this piece through fall is easy. Just pair with a cardigan or jacket, something to warm your legs, and hot boots!

  1. I agree! This is my fave fall combination and the main reason I'm starting to stockpile thigh high stockings already. I just *love* fall!
